Bye Bye Meme.

Meme finally made it on an airplane to cross the ocean today. I have to admit I was secretly wishing the embargo was continued. When you can't see your Grandma any time you want, 5 weeks with her flies by. Augi was sobbing last week when we thought she was leaving. Today was a little less dramatic because we still weren't sure. Emmett made Meme a snake this afternoon and told me he will give it to grandma as soon as she gets back. Augi sent a little barbie doll with grandma so that she can play with it when we come back to Utah to visit. We are all a little homesick today. Suddenly this is all very real. We aren't just on a long vacation. We really live here. OMG. However, for those of you who get to pop into Meme's house whenever you want, just ask her about "Canondon Seaweed" and Emmett wacking Augi with his balloon. She will not even be able to tell the story without laughing so hard she cries. Just try it. I dare you!
