Nanny Goat Gruff...my first child...finally arrived today! The quarantine process for the UK is horrific, and expensive. But, thanks to Papa, we were able to pick her up at the airport late this morning. She is tired but otherwise it is as if we were never apart! She didn't poo or pee for the entire flight--from Salt Lake to Houston to London. Nor did she eat. Silly girl.
She was pretty disoriented when we got her, but after a while she started to wag her tail. She was most excited to get to the house and she sniffed everywhere before she found her bed and crashed. I wonder if dogs get jet lag. Hmm.

you know, i bet it was an easier flight for her than it is for people-at least she had her own little kennel, where she could lie down!
I'm so glad she had a good trip and is safe, back with her family!
