Just when I think I have it all figured out, my life changes. I haven't seen or talked to my father in 35 years. I don't really ever remember asking my mom about him much, and she didn't give me a lot of information. I have one picture of us together.
Tonight I spoke to him on the phone.
It was the best I hoped and none of my fears came true.
I am so glad I found him.
Bonus? I have a younger 1/2 sister!
Sarah reminded me that my mom is helping all this happen.
It is just what I needed at just the right time.
